2007 Boxter S- HID Conversion

... after converting (kit) low beams to HID headlights, getting alert ' ... check (left/right) dipped beam' ... headlights work fine, so what's causing fault? any suggestions to clear other than experimenting w/adjustment screws?

It is not the screws, it is the bulb kit. Many of the aftermarket HID kits contain poorly made or mismatched components that the car's system read as a "fault".
