Store Boxster with top up or down?
New to me 2000 Boxster S owner here. I was looking for advice on whether to have the top up or down for the days I don't drive the car. It could be a week or two between drives. It will have a cover over the entire car and parked in my garage.

Up, imho.. keeps the canvas taut therefore not wrinkled/creased and the plastic window taut. Plus if keeps out those sneaky creatures that always find their way inside a car, out. Certainly more important in cold weather as the plastic window is more brittle and likely to crack.

Yes top up & lock doors with the key to put in "sleep" mode to minimize battery drain

Up and a battery maintainer on when it looks like weeks between drives. More frequent oil changes too.
