Burnt rubber smell

I have a new to me 2016 Boxster base with 9000 miles on it. After driving it I smell a burnt rubber smell coming from the rear wheel wells?

I'm new to the car, so I'm hesitant to offer advise.
I would pull the front cover off the engine compartment to examine the drive/serpentine belt and all the rollers. Look for a shiny belt for evidence of burning. Also examine the accessory pulleys for any evidence of a slipping belt.
Good Luck
