Bad engine rattle.

I,ve just finish rebuilding my 97 2.5 engine...almost all the internals including chains guides, lifters etc. were changed...I also changed the crankshaft housing as the IMS. had failed & the steel insert had come apart from the alloy housing...I used a good 3.2 second hand housing...ALL oil gaps were carefully checked & were all in spec...now when I start the car cold it sounds so sweet...but when it gets warm...at 3/4000 rpm I,m getting a very loud rattle coming from the area of the oil filter & the sound seems to be coming from the crank...anyone got any idea,s before I strip it back down.
