Boxster S fuel leak
Hi All
I have a fuel leak, most evident (smell) when refueled. The leak appears to be coming from the junction of the filler neck and the tank where there is a spongy seal (from touch, couldnt see). Does anyone have a description of how to remove the filler neck and replace the two seals? Thanks |

Hi Bellehayes, Did you ever find out how to do this? I have exactly the same problem and can't find any threads that cover it.

Those seals get eaten by the ethanol in gas. Unfortunately, you need to drop the tank down as everything is designed to come out from underneath the car.
