Air Oil Separator Install Problem
I bought a new AOS from Pelican for my 1999 Boxster base, and the part arrived just fine. The problem I'm having is that I cannot for the life of me get the 2 bolt holes on it to line up properly on the install so I can bolt the new one in. Other issue is that it seems the "nipple" on the new AOS that slides into the engine block hole at the bottom is slightly larger than the old one that came out, and does not seem to want to slide into the hole much at all. Any ideas on how to solve these issues? Thanks in advance.

Did you compare the new and old part to make sure they match and didn't send you the wrong part?

Is it a factory part or aftermarket? Willing to bet it is the latter………..
