throttle jitter

My 987.1 Cayman S 3.4l has some jitter in the power delivery in 6th gear. When I try to apply a little more throttle the engine will surge a bit. It also surges a bit when I lift off the throttle a little. It is most noticeable in 6th gear. I have cleaned the throttle plate and MAF. Is there somewhere else that could be sticking?

I think it is in the fuel or intake system. It isn't an rpm change, it is more of a power surge. Are there some air valves that could be sticking?

Maybe a sticking or dirty Vacuum Unit with Air Intake Tube
