Angry Those Howlin' Tires

A question for you guys. Since I bought it about a month ago, my 01 Boxster seems to produce a lot of tire noise. Has anyone else encountered this problem. Is it the tires (balancing?), or could it be the bearing, or alignment???
Any help would be appreciated as I'm pretty sure most Boxsters don't produce this kind of howl!

JON

Check for cupping or feathering - on the fronts especially. I had the same problem. I was sure it was bad bearing but ended up with a new set of tires and all is well.

By the way, I got Kumho ECSTA 712s - good tire, great price. Not as sticky as S02 or 3s but quiet and smooth handling.
