How many cars like mine

Is there any way to find out how many Boxsters were optioned identical to mine? I have a very red S: Guards Red body, black interior with red stitching and red seatbelts. And, of course, red calipers. Did I mention this car is red? I'm not looking for any rarity status to justify a ridiculous resale price. I like the car and plan to keep it for a few years. It's just that I was staring at it the other day, thinking the original owner was really sure he wanted his car exactly that way. Then I got to thinking, how many other people would have come up with that combination, especially in this silver-Boxster era? Maybe a few crazed Italians, but surely not many in the US. I'd love to know just how rare my garish little hot rod is.

You could try writing Porsche, include your VIN, color and option codes, and ask how many were produced like that.

That is about the only way that I can think of.

What year is it? I think the colored seat belts and stiching are fairly rare options. What else does it have?

2000. It's pretty standard. 17" wheels, partial leather, 6-disc changer but no digital boost [or whatever that's called]. The original owner seems to have spent most of his money on red stuff. I change my mind about the seatbelts every five days or so. Sometimes I think they're very RS, other times I can't stand the sight of 'em!
