Boxster Spec Racing
Not sure if you guys are interested? But we are setting up a Spec Series for the Boxster. It's starting here in SoCal with a goal to be a Nationally recognized class once the rules mature. It started last year but over this Winter break has had a mini explosion with one shop pumping out 8 new cars in these next couple months. You can check out the rules and the series at http://www.boxsterspecracing.org
Cheers, Dylan. p.s. All these cars becoming race cars means stripped out interiors and trunks. Anybody needs some Boxster red interior pieces? Dual Electric seats, front and side airbags with modules. |
I would imagine it would also mean a run up on Hardtop prices if the racers are needing them ;)

Dylan,
Please contact me by PM or ph 213 276-3742. I need the front trunk carpeting and fasteners if you still have them available. |
I do still have them. Will send you a PM.

BTW, we just pulled a great condition convertible roof, with good rear window, still attached to the factory painted (silver) roll hoop. Is this something people are looking for from time to time? If so, what are they worth? I have a Boxster Red leather covered rool hoop and complete roof but my canvas and window are not in such great shape.
Thanks, Dylan. |
Roof is sold, along with the factory painted Silver rollbar. I have another black rollbar, will sell very cheap. Also, my car has Bilsteins on the front with only a couple thousand miles. I think they are close to $600 new (with tax). Will sell them for a couple hundred if anyone is looking? Also have Boxster Red "leather" door panels, plus all the airbags. Then of course, there is the 4-5 other cars stripped at the shops. Other good condition convertible tops etc. Reasonable offers most likely accepted.
