Boxster Project 49: Replacing Brake Pads

Anyone got any questions on Project 49 - Replacing Brake Pads for your 986 Boxster, 987 Boxster, Cayman, Carrera 996, or Carrera 997?

Brake pad sensors

Just replaced pads and wear sensors on my '06 Boxster. All well for a couple of weeks, then sensor wear warning light came on. Tested sensors for continuity and all are OK. Is there any other test to determine which wheel is giving the signal? Can I test for voltage across terminals on the car side at each position? Does the signal voltage continue to be on even after the light trips? Does the engine need to be on?
I am tiring of jacking up each corner and taking off tires sequentially! Help!!!
