Transmission Fluild for Manual 6 Speed
Hi All, going to change the gear oil on my 2000 Boxster S.
Red Line 75W90ns Synthetic gear oil Or LubroMoly Full synthetic gear oil 75W90 want your Opinions / Suggestions Thanks in advance |

Go with the factory fill; Porsche uses some odd-ball specs that more than one gear oil manufacturer have admitted they have no direct match for. We have had several customer's that tried RedLine, RP and other products that were claimed to be "suitable" for the application, only to have noise and hard shifting issues develop that promptly when away when the car was switched back to Porsche's gear oil. The factory stuff is not cheap, but it is a full synthetic that works without problems………..

+1 on what JFP said. I have tried a couple of different brands but shifts best with the Porsche fluid.
