Boxster Chain Tensioner Guides

It is a maintenance item that get replaced often.
I have a 97 Boxster race car, which has 177K miles on it.

I guess I will need the guides pretty soon. just need a confirmation.
If I would ask a shop to do it... how many labor hours should it be.
