Track Seats
Hi,
I'm looking to get some track seats. Preferably GT3 type which will meet PCA DE standards. Thought I'd ask here first, because someone has some lying in the garage under a blanket! These are for the 986, btw. TIA, Pat

Hi Pat
You probably know, but I think it bears repeating. Installing track seats is now a system change that, if you're going to employ harnesses, will require other changes. The 986, being a convertible, should have the roll hoop extension if you're not using a hardtop. If you're just putting in seats with three point belts then no additional changes are required. If you're going harness, then you also need to think about a HANS device too.

I think I have one of those roll hoop extenders. I haven't installed it yet.
