Gauge Cluster Trim Rings
 

I have a 1999 Boxster and am trying to dress up the interior a tad. And I'm looking for Silver or Aluminum Gauge trim rings. I see there is an article on Pelican about doing it. But don't see the parts. I've also done a Google search and no luck. I use to see them on Ebay. But don't see them on there anymore. Is there anything available that I just can't find that any of you know of.

I tried using door edge protective trim. But the slot that would go over the edge of the door, is just not wide enough. Plus it will bulge on the inner side of the trim.

Feb '12 issue of Excellence, page 155, shows a full page ad for NR Automobile Accessories which says they have 996/Boxster Aluminum Bezels & Gauge Faces. However, go to their website, and there's no such listing.

Then you download their catalog, and on page 5, they list 996 Aluminum Gauge Faces (5071), which specify they come with NR aluminum bezel rings. But no price listed.

And unfortunately, you're unable to do a search on their website, so it's not like you can put in your search terms, or the product number, and find what you're looking for...

Feelyx, Sorry been busy and haven't had a time to say thanks for your effort finding those. But all I can say is, Ka Ching. For that kind of money. They'll be residing in there warehouse instead on the dash of my car. But thank you very much for your efforts.

LOL, That or Unobataninum, or Miraculum? I'm a pretty creative guy. I'll come up with something that's about the price of a case of beer and an evening to do.

Starline, Thanks again for your help. I won them this morning, at a reasonable price. Bidding on there is easier when the other people that are bidding, don't have a clue as how to use it right. LOL. Anyway, Just wanted to say thanks again.

anybody had any more luck with this? I am looking for a set as well
