Help with options questions
 

I recently and somewhat reluctantly decided to sell my '88 911 Targa and try something different. I have already started my search for a 2006-2008 Boxster S, and have a few prospects, albeit with different options. I see the chrono option is pretty common and am trying to determine if chrono provides something more than the stopwatch in the center of the dash. I am assuming it does but am not sure what else. And if so, is it worthwhile? Also, are heated seats standard on the S? Thanks for all the help in advance.
