Help me Obi-Wayne, you're our only hope!

So I'm trying to hard wire an FM Modulator into my CDR-23; but can't find the right antenna adapter -- Per Project 88, you referenced the VWA-KB adapter from Scosche that should be good through MY 2004, but it doesn't fit the CDR-23;

I've Googled for a couple of weeks now, but can't seem to find any info on even what that connector is -- I would happily make my own adapter; went to the Shack but can't find anything remotely like it.

Am I out of luck or do you know of anyway to adapt that antenna cable? Do i have to replace the antenna to change Head Units?
