Thanks for the input Tim, the engine is locked up and will need to be removed for any further diagnostic's ,looks like IMS failure? Pistons hitting valves but the oil in the exhaust is very puzzling, could it be something else failed ?

Oil in the exhaust could be a valve could of punched a hole in a piston? AOS failed and hydrolocked engine? Let us know what you find.

Thanks Feelyx and Wayne , Just went for the last test drive after repairs, thanks for all the good advice from this site and Feelyx . after dropping the exhaust system and the sump and filter ,removed all the sparkplugs, not just 3
got the engine to turn over was hydralocked , used smoke machine in vac port ,and smoke poured out of the AOS valve and line, change the valve and line, flushed the exhaust system and hung to dry out was soaked in oil, more on right side, turned over very slow by hand ,no noise or binding , put all back together , fired up smoked for a while no noise and no miss was running smooth on all six,got very lucky no bent valves or a bent con rod, just finished a 100mile testing cool down and retested yesterday.all seems good.Had me in panic mode when engine was locked up

Hey, good to hear no damage, just a mess to clean up.
You should hook up to a durametric cable and see if the cam deviation was knocked off, just to be safe.
