front end moan or buzz
 
after a short run, car was parked in garage, i noticed a low pitched moan or buzz from front right of car? wonder if the fuel tank had a vacum and was pulling air. sounded like it was under the car.

could be a cooling fan trying to start but is binding or stuck, there is a fan on each side of the car
