Changing CV Boots
 

I'm changing the CV boots on my 2002 Boxster base.
Bought the boots and clamps from Pelican as listed on their parts catalog.
Clamps are definitely too big in diameter. :mad: Is their catalog listing wrong?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are they the crimping type clamps?

Yes they are the crimping type, and not the pull and fold back type that originally came on the car.

i had the same problem doing mine.
in my case they were a bit small, so i couldn't get them on the boots.
ended up getting the "pull and fold" as you call it, from auto zone.
