Sound problem Boxster
 

Hi Everyone,

I bought a Boxster a while back and have had no sound in it from day one.
When i start up the pcm says: phone amplifier not available. It´s equipped with the bose sound system.
The guy i bought it from said that it was the optic cabel from pcm to the amplifier.
How can i be sure what the problem is cabel? amplifier? pcm?

I looks that i found the problem, shortcut in the phonemodule under the passenger seat...
