CEL Codes 1124/1126

Any advice or guidance would be appreciate. I tried to address this with changing the plugs and coils, nneded them as well. But I am still getting these codes. I am wondering if cleaning the throttle body would help or could I have other issues?
Thanks, JT

P1124 indicates that the fuel pump relay may be defective.

P1126 indicates one of bank 1's O2 sensors is getting a reading that is out of limits. This latter code can happen for several reasons. A couple are related to low fuel pressure or inadequate fuel pump supply.

You might change the fuel pump relay as a next step.

For the DME 5.2.2., P1124 and P1126 is saying your enrichment limit at idle has been reached. The car is trying to compensate from a low oxygen to fuel ratio by enrichening the mixture, but can't compensate because the limit was reached.

P1124 & 1126 (both banks):

Fault condition:
Fuel/air mixture so lean that sensing has reached its rich threshold.

Potential fault areas:
-- Failed MAF sensor
– Intake air system leaking
-- Air is introduced past the MAF causing the mixture to be more lean
– Fuel pressure too low
-- Not enough fuel to meet demand causing the mixture to be more lean
– Volume supply of fuel pump too low
-- Not enough fuel to meet demand causing the mixture to be more lean
– Fuel injectors fouled
-- Not enough fuel to meet demand causing the mixture to be more lean
– Exhaust system leaking
-- When the exhaust system has leaks before the front O2 sensor will cause the O2 sensor to report a lean condition (excess oxygen i the exhaust)

Thanks to all, the problem I found was a broken vacuum line. One of the hard plastic lines broke under the throttle body. I changed them all out using flexible line. codes gone went right through NJ inspection. Thanks again, JT
