Hello Wayne, I have a similar problem as described above regarding the key spinning 180 degrees without locking or unlocking the car. "RE: steve January 2, 2011" You mention a $3 piece of plastic that needs to be replaced. Do you have a part number? Thank you!

You'll have to take a look at what is extra broke inside your door but I think it may be part number 996–537–445–02.
