follow up per comment May 6, 2012. I have found that rubber bushing per Fig 1-H had fallen on left side and able to put it back. However, on the right side the allen cap screw where hex socket is rounded and need new screw. Do you have part number on this screw? Can I buy this from you? Thanks.
