Have to think Twice
I happened to turn my TV on and Top Gear was testing a 2013 Boxster against a Mercedes SL AMG with a V8 engine that had around 500hp.
After praising the 50/50 balance in weight distribution, superior handling and thrashing the hell out of the car the announcer stated that people that bought a Boxster did not have things go right in their career otherwise they would have bought a 911. As an proud owner of a 2011 Boxster S I felt insulted.... I have to think twice if I'm going to listen to future shows of Top Gear. |
Don't be offended by these programs it is just entertainment. A lot off what they say is subjective and nonsense. I own a 911 and a Boxster. The Boxster holds a turn tighter. The 911 has more power and cost more even though Most of the parts on the vehicles are the same. . Every vehicle has there attributes.Thats why there are Honda s and Cadillacs Both vehicles offer something for for and particular individual.;)
