Engine transplant ecu problem

I recently transplanted a 2002 3.2 into my 2001 2.7 car. I am unable to get the car to start with the donor car's ECU - lights come on in dash but no power to the starter. I have it running poorly on the 2.7 ECU - I get a P0102 MAF code with periodic misfire codes.

I installed the donor ignition immobilizer with the donor ECU but still didn't get power to the starter.

What am I missing?

I got the car to start.

Install donor ECU
Install donor ignition switch/parts
Install donor immobilizer under driver's seat
Install donor "pill" in proper key - can't just hold it near the ignition switch.

Engine starts, runs strong and smooth.

Now the fuel level indicator reads empty and red light flashes constantly, oil level indicator reads below minimum and flashes until it times out, windscreen washer fluid level indicator light is lit, high beam indicator light doesn't light, airbag light isn't lit even though I had power on while driver's seat was removed. What else might not be working? Are these times correctable with programming or do sending units need to be changed?

Thanks,
David
