I have a 98 Boxster with a similar problem. My horn began to blow wen I turned the wheel. This happened a number of times and then it failed to start. The engine would turn over but not fire. My key seems to work fine. Any ideas? Thanks much, John

The starting problem may be the ignition switch but the horn blowing is probably a grounded wire for the horn pad
