Hi, I have exactly the same problem as Jim; a new MAF was fitted, battery was disconnected to reset ECU, and although it runs fine, it's not quick like before and at certain points of the rev range it's just so quiet! Pumping the gas pedal a little brings back the noise and fury. No codes are being thrown up. Any ideas?

It could be a weak fuel pump also. Have some step on the gas while you add carb spray down the air cleaner duct
