Boxter bad battery consequences!

Hi folks,

Now I realized how important is to have a GOOD battery on your Boxter!!!

The symptoms I had before installing a new battery:

1. Engine performance decreased by 30%! Car sluggish.
2. Clutch master cylinder become very soft and I had to push it all the way to the floor in order to change the gears and let it all the way up to engage the clutch.
3. Thought I had a leak/air in the clutch master cylinder or clutch slave cylinder.
4. Rattling noises from my exhaust pipes like a bad catalytic converter.
5. Thought that I need a new clutch due to extensive use of it especially on the hill.
6. Long travel of the clutch pedal from the floor when I was changing gears and also a clacking noise when the clutch was engaged (the clutch was engaged when the pedal was almost all the way to the top)
7. And of course, to the last the car didn't start anymore even with a portable jump starter.
8. And probably were more issues that I didn't know about them.
After replacing with a new battery everything came back to normal and the car is running just fine.
