03 boxster ps pump air bleeding

How long it takes to bleed all the air out of a PS pump lines. I replace the pressure line and the power steering pump on my 03 Boxster Base, now I have this noise coming from the PS Pump. I read throw the forums and few saying that I need to move the tires back and forward until all the air coming out. So my question is for how long do I need to do that or how many times I need to move the tires or the steering wheel?
Thanks everybody for your help.

I've never done anything with the PS system on my Boxster, but I've fixed other people's PS system (same like you, replace pump and/or line(s)) and typically have turn the steering block to block (max to the left then right) about 6 - 8 times with the engine off and then again with the engine running. You should have both front wheels off the ground when doing this, especially turning the steering with the engine off.

Regards,
paul...

Thanks paulv. I turned out that besides that i replaced the PS Pump and the pressure line, I had the line that connects to the rack and pinion was clogged??? don`t asked me how or why, i dont know, but after I replaced the car is steering better, but still doing a little noise. I just got the car today and my mechanic asked to drive the car for few miles and the noise is going to end. I had my fingers crossed, because I spent around 1500.00 on this problem and maybe was the line clogged since the beginning.
