03 boxster ps pump air bleeding
How long it takes to bleed all the air out of a PS pump lines. I replace the pressure line and the power steering pump on my 03 Boxster Base, now I have this noise coming from the PS Pump. I read throw the forums and few saying that I need to move the tires back and forward until all the air coming out. So my question is for how long do I need to do that or how many times I need to move the tires or the steering wheel?
Thanks everybody for your help. |

Thanks paulv. I turned out that besides that i replaced the PS Pump and the pressure line, I had the line that connects to the rack and pinion was clogged??? don`t asked me how or why, i dont know, but after I replaced the car is steering better, but still doing a little noise. I just got the car today and my mechanic asked to drive the car for few miles and the noise is going to end. I had my fingers crossed, because I spent around 1500.00 on this problem and maybe was the line clogged since the beginning
