Clutch

Need help. Driving today and the clutch went to the floor and now has no pressure. It seems like a broken cable, but no cables on a boxster. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

leaking?

I'm guessing hydraulics. Notice any leaks?

Happened to me last summer. Clutch/brake fluid gushed out underneath car at same time. Nothing you can do but tow it to where you are going to fix it. Mine was a break in a hydraulic line that got rubbed on a BC car ferry ramp.

happened to me as well, hydraulic fluid was seeping out of the bottom of the transmission. To make a long story short the clutch arm broke allowing the slave to overextend and pop the piston out and release fluid. I had to remove the gearbox to replace the clutch arm, and while I was in there did the usual, clutch, RMS, IMS, etc.
good luck

This is my first post on this site so please inform me if I am approaching this the wrong way. I searched for this topic so this is where I ended up. Here's my question. Second time replacing the clutch, the first one went very smooth, no problems. I have two Boxters and when I had reassembled the Boxter S I decided to check the play on the clutch before firing it up and taking it off of the lift and the pedal went to the floor and stayed there. So, I guess I am pulling the tranny again to see the problem. The slave was in place and the tranny buttoned up so could there have been an alignment problem?
