How big was the parts order? Where is it being shipped to (same address as for the credit card)? Have you ordered from them before?
With lots of stolen credit car info out there, doesn't surprise me that merchants are being increasingly cautious as they eat any fraud due to new credit card rules. OTOH, as a frequent eBay/paypal user, I don't see them asking for anything new but the ship to address is also the credit card backing it via paypal address. |
