White Smoke Startup

Hi My 04 3.2S 78000mls sometimes gives out white smoke after starting. most times when cold and for some reason when parked on golf club car park which is on a slope?? other than that it runs very well with no adverse use of oil.

White smoke is likely coolant. I would pressure test the cooling system. If the system will not hold pressure and there are no external leaks the head gasket may be faulty.

White smoke at start up can be oil. ... which is common, check for excessive vacuum on the oil filler cap..... If so it could potentially be the aos.... But it is not uncommon for flat 6s to have a puff of smoke at start up, as long as it goes away quickly.
What happens is oil gets into the intake, when the car sits the oil works is way into the cylinder via gravity.....
