P1123

I replied to an enquiry for O2 sensor and CEL but decided to start a new thread as others may be interested.
We have a 98 Boxster with 76,000 Kilometers (35.000 miles) We have had the occasional CEL for P1123 and only once received P1125. Running on the highway does not bring on the CEL. Long idling or repeat starts while hot does.
I purchased an Actron fuel pressure tester and got a reading of 55 PSI (3.8 Bar) with engine off. With the engine started and at idle the needle buzzes between 48 and 52 PSI (3.3 - 3.6 Bar)
Does this indicate injector issues or pressure regulator problems. I was contemplating removing the injectors and sending them for testing but was wondering what others had to suggest.

You can have normal fuel pressure and still have a dripping injector.
