will 996 carerra 4 alloys fit 2000 boxster S

I have the opportunity to buy a set of 996 carerra 4 wheels with conti tyres fited for a good price. I need 2 new front tyres anyway and I can get these alloys with tyres for just over the price of 2 tyres. They are 17" carerra wheel and the tyre sizes are identical to what my 2000 boxster S has fitted 205/50/r17 fronts and 225/40/r17. If it helps, part numbers for the carerra wheels are

POR 99636212401 front
POR 99636212801 rear

I am just wondering if these are a straight swap, if not what do I need to buy to make them fit etc. Thank you for any replies and I am away to have a good look around, looks like a great place for someone who has just bought a boxster.
