Hi.
I have a porsche boxster s 2003 automatic transmission that is in need of a new engine. I was able to find a engine with very low mileage from a porsche boxster s 2003 manual transmission. I would like to know if is possible to fit the engine in my car. Would the bolt pattern be different since my car is automatic and the new engine comes from a standard?

No, the engines are identical, the only difference will be the vacuum control valve for the transmission oil cooler, and possibly a piece of the intake. Inspect both and swap the pieces you need. It will be very easy to see what you need once the engines are next to each other.
