Question on Boxster 911 Engine Swap

I have a 99 Boxster with a tiptronic in and was wondering.
A. If i swapped to a larger later 986 3.2 engine what are the modifications i would have to do to the car other than the electronic throttle?
B. Will i need to swap transmissions or do any ecu programming in order to hook up the new engine to the tiptronic.
