Is the check engine light on? I would check spark, fuel and compression on all cylinders.

My Volvo V70 has been doing this. I have read that it could be a faulty fuel pressure check valve or fuel pump.
Only happens at startup and idle, mainly when ambient temperature is very warm and car has been in the sun. Might check fuel line pressure. |
