I have a Boxster S 2001 and when i start my car the radio stop work and we can see that the Amplifier losing the power, there are also a sparking nose in the speakers after that, and when i shut the engine of all work again.

Check the power source for the amplifier. If may have a bad wire or faulty connection. Start by tracing the wiring using a wiring diagram, locate the fuse and work toward the amp.
