if you can't pull a vacuum with the airlift systemthen they're is still a leak somewhere.....
have you pressure tested the system? fill it with water and find the leak...... is the oil just oil? any intermixing? |

You are the man, I found it. Hooked up the Airlift and got vacuum, there was still some collant in the line so I only got it up to 20 PSI then shut it off. Vacuum dropped quickly so i do have a leak somewhere. I did clamp the hose from the overflow to the tank, but still no joy. Where does the line that goes over the engine go to?
I opened the pressure relief valve in case it was the issue, but it let off a little vacuum. I did see a couple of drips near the pump/thermo so I may have messed up... :( Up goes the car again on the weekend, it sucks doing this without a lift... |

For validation purposes which locations do the two longer bolts go into?
