After a dead battery, both my windows dont work, they only open and close a little when I open and close the door. Which relays did I need to try swapping out?

I've seen these get jammed especially if the car sat for a long time. Try moving the window up and down a bit using your hands and then see if the windows start working. If the windows move with the doors, it's probably not a relay...FYI I believe the windows are controlled buy the alarm module under the driver seat on 986 cars.
