Hello Nick - My part number needed? Its a 1997 Porsche Boxster. According to resources, the Part number is--986-563-551-000. His car is a 2002 Boxster S. Thanks for your help

Yes the 97-04 hardtops are interchangeable. There is a minor difference in the 97 hardtops in the way the roof rack mounts. You will need to install spinlocks.
