1976 911S for sale, Calgary

I am offering my 1975 911S in ice green metallic. I have owned the car for 13 years or so. The car came to me original, but i have since;

Lowered to euro height
11 Blade engine fan
Front and rear Sanders TB 22/28
New Konie front sport shocks in 2016
Pre 74 headers installed with heat boxes removed
Aluminium drilled floor boards
Rennline lower dash
Yokohama Advan A048 3 seasons old
Front bumper tucked
Weber IDA carbs installed, jetted for the 2.7 at Calgary altitude
12 Channel EGT/CHT temp monitoring system with MGAvionics display

Serviced with Brad Penn every year. Head studs checked 3 seasons ago with no issues noted. Engine has a rebuild in the past, date unknown but timecerts are installed in the case. Usual engine leaks, could use a reseal but it pulls strong to redline. Headliner needs replaced, carpets are tired but the seats had a vinyl recover just before I bought it. Glass in respray was also done at that time. I clay barred and cut and polished it 3 seasons ago and the paint presents well, though the bumpers/bumper caps could use a respray from abrasion.

Runs fantastic, a conversation piece everywhere you stop and maybe the last affordable air cooled era. Looking for 45K.
