20HP worth of stainless steel
Wishful thinking of course, but only the dyno will tell.
Just blasted the SSI's that's why they look this way, will be putting them on next week. Hopefully the WRR will have a dyno day again so I can see the gain.....

First opinion:
You had me at hello...no I mean all I can say is wow! The old exhaust came off with no broken studs, there were no issues, everything fit. I only had the drive home to compare so far and it's not as loud as I thought it would be but just right. It'll take awhile to get used to the new sound because I am so used to the old exhaust. It REALLY pulls in all gears now, I'm shocked at how fast I go through them now, she pulls like a train. I'll have to weigh the old gear, but my arm scale says it's alot heavier. The SSI's and Dansk weigh in a 50Lbs, so the added weigh savings are a bonus. I hope to get more feel and experience this weekend, and weigh the old muffler, cat, HE's.

Bob,
Did you have to replace the oil lines? Where did you buy the Heat Exchangers and muffler? In my case that's next years upgrade. Last week I saw a set of HE at Riegel and they look impressive in real live. Pictures don't make justice -Jasper

The oil lines need to be replaced because it goes a different direction than the stock ones. I only had the new hard line which I bought off a friend along with the SSI's. I had to get a new hard/soft line that was required as well ($300 ouch).I got the exhaust here in the 911 parts forum at a great price.
I still need one piece of body work for the left HE for the heat connection to the SSI's because they come out in a different place then stock.

Very, very nice Bob. I understand that the SSI's really add punch on the SC's! We'll be watching you shave seconds at the next track day, I'm sure.

Thanks Ken (smiling), yes I am hoping for 5 seconds from the exhaust and maybe 5 for the suspension

Hi Bob,
Yeah, I'm still here, thought I'd just post to your thread and see if I got a reaction? I'm lurking around, but the BC Govt took away my driving privledges last summer and then I decided to get some work done on my car.... so I'm waiting for it to be finished up. New tires, rims, brakes, suspension and some stuff like that. Anyway, cheers to ya and your car looks great! Cant wait to drive mine soon? I'm gonna miss a P-Club drive this weekend.....
