What is this connector called
 
I am planning on adding a FM CD Changer to the car and need to connect 3 wirs to my stereo, i want to use connectors like in the pic what are they called.

I think they're splitters isn't it?

The red part on the red wire is an inline bayonet connector - female.

The other pink colored part with the red and yellow wire is an insulated male bayonet connector.

That's all I know about that.

That isn't one of those splice connectors that slice into an existing wire, is it? Those things, IMHO, are God awful. They work for a bit, then corrode, and work loose. I'd avoid them like the plague. You're better off to buy butt splices (red for small wires, blue for medium) cut the original one and splice in the new wire that way. Just my two cents worth.

ARRRGH! T-Taps!

Stay Away! They are evil and WILL cause problems down the road.

Solder is the way to go! If you cant solder, a good stereo shop will not charge you much, and will warranty their work.
