feels sooo good....

After almost 3 months without driving the car today I finally had a chance to take it out. Conditions were Ok although a lot of slush in my 'hood and wet roads that made a mess... but you know something? It feels sooo good to drive that car...

Now I have to winterize the car... :(

Anyway... just a small thread to bring some life to this forum.

Thanks for the reminder to edit the sig.
I drive a 90' 964-C2 that I really like! The problem is that with my 1 year old boy I have no time (actually I rather be with my boy than doing anything else...) once he's older I'll be back working in the garage but now its just a beautiful age... just to give you an example I bought the brake pads in August and they're still in the bag on the workbench

besides I'm saving every penny to get sport springs for next year :)

I can't believe its over now.. n months of cold... :(

Oracle,

this thread is useless without pics...

Congrats on the 964. Didn't know you had bought one.

Hi Rick.
Yes I got it sometime in July but have driven the car less than 200 Kms... :( I just can't find the time... I may even sell it to release the Line of Credit. I'm not sure, don't know what to do...
The car is in basically in showroom cond. Eng. rebuilt by dealership due to oil leaks, etc. 99% Stock (I just replaced the primary muffler for a Dansk)

I saw you sold the broken engine from your Carrera... are you upgrading the powerplant to a 3.6/3.8? I'm sure you've considered that.. ;)

Well now we have the looong winter ahead... We should organize another Pelican meeting next year cause there's a bunch of new cars in Calgary.

Here's the car (don't mind the dirt, I'll wash it after the water ban):

There is a 3.6 in now. It is running, and now in storage for the winter...

We should do the Pelican thing again, only 5 months to wait!
