Calgary Pelicans - who is a member of the Porsche Club?
Calgary Pelicans - who is a member of the local Porsche Club?
I'm thinking about joining but I'm curious to know who else is a member? Would I be better joining the Calgary Sports car club? Is anyone a member of both? What are the differences / which is better / more fun? I'm more interested in meeting people who actually drive their cars (on the street and at the track) than meeting up with those who *might* put 100 miles per year on their boxster... and have all of their service done at South Center Fine Cars.

I'm probably joining both this year - I did a few events at race city this year and the Porsche club one was great - seemed like some real enthusiasts showeed up - noteably some of the other members of this board. Not sure if I'd do the non-track events where people spend more on their wheel tire packages than my car is worth
![]() I'll probably join the Calgary sports car club as well - they seem to have a real mix of people, with lots of great events. AM
