transportation

What is it costing you to ship it to Ontario?

AM993 02-20-2007 10:08 AM

Very nice, congratulations. When it is back and on the Toronto roads, make sure that you come and introduce you and your car to our informal Porsche Get Together in the GTA: we meet every Saturday morning at 10:00 am (rain, snow or shine) for a couple of hours at Chapter's/Starbucks across from Sherway Gardens Mall on the Queensway between Hwy 427 & The West Mall (NB: we gather in the parking lot behind the Chapter's/Starbucks; less visible from the street and much quieter). See you there!

Thanks for the invite and the nice comments.

Unclebilly, I bought the car in Oct so thats why you didn't see it.

Brimcc, TFX is shipping for $2340 + duties etc

Wow, nice car!
That blue one in the background sure looks hot.
You sure must have a very nice brother to go thru everything he did to find and get you that beautiful car, get it for you and store it, insure it etc[img]http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads10/surfsup118

I think vern's '89 Cab had an untimely death.....his insurance company wrote it off.

It's too bad...it looked like a sweet p-car!

skruggs 06-16-2007 09:54 AM

Oh now I get it! Cdnone1 is Vern's brother....d'oh!

Yeah, I'm a bit slow sometimes..... http://www.websmileys.com/sm/sad/1361.gif

hey Steve, (totally unrelated to anything Porsche.)

What is a CSC, I have watched countless movies where Director of Photography or casting has that too. I noticed you had it on your website?

Bjorn

CSC stands for Canadian Society of Cinematographers
I am a full member of the CSC and it's sort of an honourarium title.
I shoot movies, TV and commercials for a living.
CSA is Casting Society of America

It also stands for Canadian Securities Course and Canadian Securities Commission. Different kettle of fish I know, but what does this have to do with all the tea in China?

Fronnzy 06-27-2007 05:42 PM

It has precisely nothing to with anything, except for maybe chinese tea?

Anyway, nice Cab Vern, the interior looks amazing!
