I got these 6's and 7's refinished in Toronto. I know a previous poster recommended Carcone's.....and they are still around and doing really great work, they were just too expensive for me.

I went to Precision Rim Repair (400 and Finch area), fortunately near my office.

They were about $160 per wheel, included truing, damage repair (curb rash), and complete refinishing.....results were awesome.

Alberta Wheel Restorers charges the same ($160 / wheel) no matter how bad. I wasn't super happy with their polish job tho - it would have been fine if they did all 4 wheels instead of 2.
