95 Cab

Looking at a 95 cab in Kitchener. Any recommendations on where I can get a PPI done?
Thanks

Furtmair Auto Service 51 Bridge Street East Kitchener
519.576.9972

My friend uses him. Knows his stuff. I think his first name is Uli.

Regards,

Mat

Sweet! http://www.websmileys.com/sm/crazy/1148.gif What colour? My next p-car is gonna be a 993 cab....

Black on black. Was trying to find black on tan but not too many to choose from out there. Wasn't there a wire harness that was subject to a recall on the 95's? Anything else that needs attention?
Thanks

I've been in there...small...they seem to do a lot of 'Beamers'. I have never actually seen a Porsche there (I drive by sometimes). Have not heard of anyone going to them for repair/service. I went in trying to get some parts for my 71 (when I had it) and they didn't seem to keen on helping me. My first suggestion, with Furtmair, I think would be a better choice...my friend goes to him and is very happy with him. I think he can be a little off-handish at times, but he knows his stuff (from what I have been told).

Hope that helps?! Where are you?

I am in Toronto. I spoke to Randy at Whale Tail and he suggested Furtmair or Autoworks. Since Furtmair seems to not be available for a while I will probably use Autoworks and am speaking to the owner this afternoon
Thanks

Call me if you total it. Okay that was cruel, I take it back.

Either one of those place should be okay. Be sure to get a leak-down and compression test to and make sure the top end of the motor is okay.
